EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING :

  • HOUSE OFFICER at Al-Azhar University, Bab Al-Sheriia Hospital over 12 months starting at first of March 1979. Special training over 4 months was paid to Neuropsychiatry and Anesthesia skills.
  • GENERAL PRACTITIONER (GP) at a Childhood and Maternity Welfare Center in Cairo over 3 months starting at 3rd of March 1980.
  • RESIDENT OF NEUROPSYCHIATRY at Al-Hussein University Hospital, Al-Azhar University, over two years was starting at 3 rd of June 1980.
  • MILITARY SERVICE was activated at Al-Maadi Military Hospital in Cairo. This service was paid for Neurology Department over 15 months starting at first of October 1981. Special interest was given to EEG and EMG.
  • ASSISTANT LECTURER of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University over 6 years starting 31st of August 1983. Special interest was paid for Child Neurology and febrile convulsion in particular.
  • SPECIALIST IN NEUROPSYCHIATRY at Riyadh Central Hospital (Al Shemicy), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over thirty months starting at 11th of January 1984.
  • LECTURER OF NEUROLOGY, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University over 5 years starting at 6th of September 1989. Special interest was paid for epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, Guilian Barre Syndrome, Educational Retardation and EEG brain mapping.
